- 3 1⁄2 ounces fat-free sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups nonfat milk
- 4 (1 g) packages Splenda sugar substitute
- 1⁄2 cup fat-free cool whip
directions
- mix all the ingredients together with a whisk and put in ice cream maker.
