ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 3⁄4 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 egg substitute
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup blueberries (I used fresh)
directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine Unsweetend Applesauce, Splenda, Milk, & Egg Substitute.
- In another bowl combine baking powder, both flours, & cinnamon.
- Add gradually to the wet mixture.
- Add Vanilla.
- Fold in Blueberries.
- Bake approx 24 minutes.
- Enjoy!

Favorite Cookbook? Before I found this site I used cooks.com & I have 2 actual cookbooks that I love. One is from my church & the other was a $5 fundraiser. Both have such a wonderful array of recipes!
I am passionate about preserving wildlife & preserving land.
Pet Peeves? Don't knock it til you've tried it! Try new foods, new recipes, etc... if you try it & don't like it at least you gave it a fair chance.
I do not like people that whine.
Also, don't complain about someone behind their back. Go to them to settle your differences. Don't involve others! It's not fair to involve outsiders &/or make someone choose sides.
