DIRECTIONS

  • Heat oven 375.
  • Spray 6 muffin tins with cooking spray.
  • Combine milk, brown sugar blend, sugar substitute and yogurt.
  • In seperate bowl combine the dry ingredients
  • Add to wet mixture and mix till just combined.
  • Divide into muffin tin.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes.
  • Cool in pan 10 mins and remove to wire rack.
  • Store uncovered.
