ingredients
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 2 bell peppers (sliced)
- 3 large carrots (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 chicken breasts (sliced)
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
directions
- 1st cook the chicken thoroughly in a large frying pan, then add the chopped onion into the pan. next add, the carrots add olive oil cook all until vegetables are browned. Serve will soy sauce!
