ingredients
- 1 1⁄3 cups warm water (110 degrees my breadmaker has a prewarming cycle, so just add cold water)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons yeast
directions
- Combine water, sugar and salt in bottom of breadpan.
- Add flour to breadpan. Create a bowl in the top of flour, then add Yeast to that bowl.
- Set on regular cycle. Makes a 1 ½ pound loaf.
