Famous Pork Chops

"Yummy Pork chops..."

• Yields: 4 chops
• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 1 cup butter flavored cracker, crushed
• 1 teaspoon garlic salt
• 3 eggs
• 4 pork chops
• 1⁄2 cup butter

directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 Degrees.
2. In a shallow bowl combine crushed crackers, garlic salt and pepper if you would like. mix well.
3. In a separate bowl beat eggs.
4. Dip chops in egg, then in cracker mixture.
5. Place chuncks of butter around chops cover and bake for 45 minutes.

Baked 2 chops, following the recipe using Ritz crackers. Served with Apple Risotto #368040, this was a perfect combo. Juicy tender chops, so easy to make. Thanks for sharing Julia. Made for Pick A Chef Spring 2011.
