DIRECTIONS

  • Put the biscuits in a clean teatowel or plastic bag and bash to smitherines with a rolling pin.Melt the butter and mix biscuit crumbs in with it then line a loose bottomed 8" flan tin with the mix.
  • Juice the lime
  • Beat the cream,cheese,yoghurt,sugar and lime juice until thick.
  • Spread this mix on the biscuit base and refridgerate.
  • When set(4 hours will do it,overnight is better)decorate with fruit pieces and chocolate.Push base of tin upwards,wash up ring and enjoy.
