We make this recipe a lot - it's perfect for busy nights and a family on the go.

This was really good, especially as a last-minute "I don't feel like having stir-fry after all" kind of dinner. I had to cook my chicken first because I had raw chicken out for dinner already. I shredded my carrot and a 1/4 head of cabbage, mostly because it was cheaper, and I used a lot less chicken. My kids weren't crazy about the wraps but loved the filling. We liked it too. If I have time I'll probably make proper moo shu pancakes, since the wraps weren't quite right to me.

Very nice! I cut the recipe in 1/2 for 2 of us and still had plenty of leftovers. Served with fried rice and Japanese cucumber salad. I used left over grilled chicken. Thank you for sharing! Made for Unrated Asian Tag
