Fall Apple Coleslaw

ingredients
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 2 whole green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- generous pinch pepper
directions
- Shred cabbage and carrots. Turn into a large bowl. Thinly slice green onion, and chop apple. Stir cabbage mixture.
- In a small bowl, stir mayonnaise, with vinegar, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Stir mayonnaise mixture into vegetables. Toss well. Refrigerate for at least an hour to chill and give flavors a chance to blend. Refrigerated coleslaw will keep for at least a day.
- Stir just before serving.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
