ingredients
- 2 ounces amaretto almond syrup
- 2 ounces caramel syrup
- 4 ounces espresso, strong and cold
- 1⁄2 cup chocolate milk
- 2 scoops chocolate ice cream
- 1 cup ice, crushed is best
directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender with one cup of ice.
- Blend until the chunks of ice are small, and serve into two tall glasses.

I'm in Love! This was superb! Amazing flavor! You have out done yourself Annacia! Since I used up all of my chocolate milk I used skim milk mixed with Hershey's light chocolate syrup and for the chocolate ice cream I substituted a Weight Watcher's Giant Fudge Bar. Made for the Summer 2009 Comfort Cafe.
