ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 8 cloves garlic, large
- 3⁄4 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons sea salt or 2 tablespoons kosher salt
directions
- Shred or mince garlic.
- rub pork chops with sea salt.
- Place all ingredients in a marinading container, or sealed plastic bag (best).
- IMPORTANT- let marinade for several hours, preferably overnight or up to 24 hours.
- Bake in oven, or barbecue.

I thought with all the great reviews this would be a great recipe, but the flavour wasn't to my liking. I couldn't quite finish my pork chop. I cooked them on the grill. They were tender, but the garlic was overpowering I found, and won't be making these again. I cut back on the salt by less than half, hopefully that wasn't why, but I can't see myself using that much salt!
