Erin's Cold Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS

    lb bow tie pasta, cooked according to package directions
  • 1
    (3 7/8 ounce) can olives, drained and sliced
  • 1
    cup marinated artichoke hearts, diced
  • 12
    cup julienne cut sun-dried tomato, chopped
  • 12
    cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 14
    ounces bernstein's Italian dressing (cheese and garlic)

DIRECTIONS

  • Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and rinse with cold water.
  • Add olives, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese.
  • Pour dressing over mixture, toss well and refrigerate.
  • You may use more dressing after chilling for a bit, if needed.
  • (cooking time is chilling time, and is better if chilled over night).
