- Heat Butter, Sugar and water in a 3 quart sauce-pan to a rolling boil.
- When mix reaches 305 degrees pour onto a greased large cookie sheet.
- Sprinkle chocolate Chips over the candy.
- As chocolate melts spread with a butter knife.
- Spread nuts evenly over the pan, shaking lightly until all nuts stick.
- Cool until hard.
- Break into pieces.
- Enjoy.

This was a wonderfully easy recipe. I decided to pour my pecans in the pan first after toasting them a bit, and I poured the toffee over them rather than putting them on top of the chocolate...WOW did that turn out yummy! I only had chopped pecans, which were rather large pieces, and didn't have the time to crush them. The candy broke up into wonderful chunky pieces that are full of pecans! It may not have turned out as "traditional" as anticipated, but it is addictively good! Thanks for a great recipe!
