    Great recipe! I didn't have enough Paprika so I ended up using 1 tsp of that, and I added 1 tsp chili powder to make up for it. I also didn't put that much ceyenne, just a few dashes and it was good! I could have added more heat from what I put though. Next time because I'll definitely be making this again! Thank you!

    The #1 mistake people make when grilling burgers is they handle the meat too much. Mixing it in a bowl toughens the meat. Why would you encourage this Emeril? Listen to Bobby Flay! Add seasonings after the patties have been formed, not before.

    I just made Emeril's rub last night and this recipe is real close to that one. Anyone have any comments about using the rub rather than the burger mix?
