    (12 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained (about 1 1/2 cups)

    (10 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup

    (10 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

    cup dairy sour cream

    cup pimento pepper, chopped

    cups medium noodles, cooked

    cup soft breadcrumbs

DIRECTIONS

  • Brown meat: add chopped onion. Cook until tender, but not brown.
  • Add next 7 ingredients; mix well. Stir in noodles. Pour into a 2 1/2 quart casserole.
  • Mix crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake in a moderate 350F oven for approximately 1 hour. Snip parsley over top.
