This was good. We had it with Recipe #168793 but DH preferred plain Balkan (thick) yogurt instead of this sauce with his portion. I liked it with both. I went with the lesser amount of garlic and it was quite garlicky, the vinegar I used was white vinegar, I added more oil for which I used extra virgin olive oil adding it along with the vinegar and sea salt and pepper, and I used white sugar. I would try a different sauce next time. Made for PAC Spring 2010.

I am a stay at home Mum who just loves food, a little too much I am afraid. After a childhood of boring food as an adult I am discovering the wonderful world of food out there. And am loving eating my way around the world!
I cook mainly arab, north african and mediteranean food. I love to collect cookbooks and have over 200 (way too many I know!).
I hope you enjoy some of the recipes that have brought me and my family great pleasure.
