DIRECTIONS

  • Put the butter in a pan & on a low heat, cook the Molokhiya from frozen until heated through.
  • Add the minced garlic, salt & coriander. Cook for a couple more minutes then serve with fresh flat bread / toasted pita etc. DO NOT ALLOW TO BOIL.
