  1. Wonderful! We really enjoyed these for "breakfast for dinner" night. Scrambled the eggs and mine were done at about 10 minutes. This marked the first time my picky 6 year-old ever ate eggs. He really liked being able to pick up the little cup. A great idea for kids! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

  3. These were really cute and is very kid friendly. I think the DH, (big kid) ate 3 of them and gave it thumbs up. Thanks for a great recipe.

  4. Great idea! My kids liked the "Egg Flower" name and they also enjoyed this as breakfast. I did try a few adaptations: I used 2 thinly sliced turkey (one slice is too flimsy), added a bit of minced broccoli florets on top of the cheese in the center. Also for a couple of the "cups" instead of the whole egg, I tried lightly beaten eggs. We all seemed to like the beaten eggs better than the whole egg, which is a bit more work but hey everyone likes things differently at time!

  5. I love eggs and is an excellent variation to a recipe I have on this site for eggs bennedict cups. thanks....yummy.
