    cup cheese, shredded (Monterey Jack, Colby, Cheddar or combinination)

    cup cheese, shredded (for topping)

    cup bacon bits (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix all ingredients except for the 1/3 cup of shredded cheese in a medium bowl. Grease or spray with non-stick spray a 9 x 11 baking dish. Pour mixture into baking dish and sprinkle on remaining 1/3 cup of shredded cheese and bacon bits if desired. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
