DIRECTIONS

  • Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, & parsley.
  • Shape into 24 meatballs.
  • In skillet, brown meatballs & pour off drippings.
  • Stir in soup, water, & pickle.
  • Cover & cook over low heat for 20 min., stirring often.
  • Serve with rice.
