Easy Spaghetti Bolognaise

- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 diced onion
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 500 g minced meat
- 8 ounces crushed tomatoes
- 8 ounces four-bean mix
- 1⁄4 cup parsley
- salt
- pepper
- spaghetti (4 serves)
- parmesan cheese
- 1⁄2 cup reduced-fat tasty cheese
directions
- Heat saucepan of water , add 2 teaspoons salt and when just coming to the boil add spaghetti and cook until just soft.
- Into a frypan put 2 tablespoons cooking oil and heat.
- Add finely dice garlic and fry for approx 1 minute.
- Add 1 diced onion and fry till clear.
- Add minced meat, mix and cook until just browned.
- Add tin of crushed tomatoes and tin four bean mix beans, salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir and simmer for 8 minutes, putting 1/4 cup of chopped parsley in half way through.
- Assemble spaghetti on plates, top with minced meat mixture and then combination of cheddar and parmesan cheese.
