DIRECTIONS

  • Heat saucepan of water , add 2 teaspoons salt and when just coming to the boil add spaghetti and cook until just soft.
  • Into a frypan put 2 tablespoons cooking oil and heat.
  • Add finely dice garlic and fry for approx 1 minute.
  • Add 1 diced onion and fry till clear.
  • Add minced meat, mix and cook until just browned.
  • Add tin of crushed tomatoes and tin four bean mix beans, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Stir and simmer for 8 minutes, putting 1/4 cup of chopped parsley in half way through.
  • Assemble spaghetti on plates, top with minced meat mixture and then combination of cheddar and parmesan cheese.
