After trying a few recipies this is the one that was perfect. The only tweak I made was reducing sour cream by 1/4 cup and grating in ice cold pure Irish grass fed butter 1/4 cup. I served warm at breakfast with pancetta goat cheese & Guava jam. The rest will be served this evening with the pot roast. Blessings to all.Reply
I just made these and they are awesome. We are having an ice storm and I am out of some things listed on the recipe. I didn't have milk so I used a little Oilive Oil, and water and some fruit juice left over from a can of mixed fruit. (I know sounds gross but it was the moisture, flavor and sugar needed.) I wanted to add butter so I added two left over packets of Pappa Murphy's Garlic butter. I keep finely grated Mozzarella Cheese so I added that instead of Cheddar. I did have flour, sour cream, and the other ingredients. I know it is not exactly the same ingredients but I followed the recipe the best and could and the biscuits turned out awesome. I ate them with some organic blueberry and raspberry jelly. Yum Yum! I can't wait to get the the grocery store and get the ingredients listed. Thank you. Stay safe.Reply
