DIRECTIONS

  • Brown ground chuck, add onion, celery and bell pepper. Cook until onions are translucent.
  • Drain beef mixture and add to large dutch oven or stock pot.
  • Add all other ingredients, including the juice. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minute.
