I was only going to give this three stars, but DH seemed to like it and even was okay with having the leftovers in his lunch today! That's always a plus! I will make this again, since I wasn't feeling well and needed a "dump and go" type recipe where I didn't have to put the chops in the skillet beforehand. I think next time I'll brown the chops first and try some extra seasonings. Thanks!

This was simple to put together, and we got full, but I wouldn't make this again. The pork chops were dry, the potatoes were bland, and the whole thing was rather unattractive. I made the recipe exactly as written (using milk instead of water), except I garnished with some chopped fresh parsley for color. This was certainly not the worst recipe I've ever followed, but I think I'll keep looking for a crock pot pork chop recipe that works for me.
