Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

"I got this recipe from an old church cookbook I found. It has never made sense to me because it does not call for flour but I have used it several times and it works."

This recipe needs a little clarification, it doesn't say what type of sugar (brown? white?) So I used white sugar and chunky peanut butter. The batter seemed very wet still and I couldn't really roll them into one inch balls. Tasted delicious but overdone after 10 minutes.

Great, simple cookies! We enjoyed the addition of the vanilla - it adds a nice hint to each cookie. Thanks for sharing! PAC Spring '11

I make this flourless cookies all the time, except I don't use any butter. I use 1 tsp. of vanilla. This cookies are awesopme! Never tried them with butter. They are good without it.
