DIRECTIONS

  • Empty can of peaches into 2 quart casserole dish.
  • Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in large bowl. Add beaten egg and cut into flour mixture. The majority of the flour mixture will look “crumby.”.
  • Spread flour mixture, evenly, over top of peaches.
  • Pour melted butter on top of flour mixture.
  • Bake in pre-heated 350 f degree oven for about an hour, or until crust is golden brown.
