Easy Microwave Cleaner

- 500 ml water
- 125 ml lemon juice
directions
- Please ingredients in microwave proof (glass) bowl.
- Place in High for 5 minutes or until boiling.
- Let sit until liquid cools, remove, then wipe clean. (Condensation will loosen caked on food, lemon deodourises.
- White vinegar may be substituted for lemon juice. Lemon peels may also be tossed in with water mixture for an even more pleasant small.

This worked really well. I had a lemon that needed to be used up, so sliced it up and added it to the solution. The microwave smelled really clean too. Thanks Ciocia Laura for a nice keeper. Made for My 3 Chefs.
