  1. This was a good quick, easy dinner. I followed the recipe other then I used minced garlic instead of garlic powder and rotini pasta. I also used 2 cups of mozzarella and forgot the basil. We all enjoyed this for dinner.

  2. This was easy and very good. I didnt use jarred sauce because I had some homemade sauce I had in the freezer. I did add onions and bell pepper when browning the hamburger, but thats because I always fry up hamburger with those, love the way they add flavor to the hamburger. This was a good easy recipe. Thanks for sharing. Will definately make again.

I was born & raised in Texas, but now I travel the country with my husband for his work in the wind industry. I love traveling with him and our two wonderful dogs though it keeps us away from our families for long periods of time. I love 'Zaar because I dont have to travel with bulky, limited cookbooks; every recipe I can imagine is always at my fingertips! I do a lot of Tex-Mex cooking because we're are usually "up North" and, no offense, but the food can be rather bland up this way. I love flavorfull, heart-warming meals that keep 'em coming back for more!
