DIRECTIONS

  • In a saucepan combine cream and 1 cup sugar.
  • Cook and stir constantly, until candy thermometer reads 160 degrees,or.
  • steam rises from pan. DO NOT BOIL.
  • Gradually whisk in gelatin, stir until dissolved.
  • Add both extracts, and blend.
  • Cool for 10 minutes.
  • Whisk in sour cream.
  • Pour into 8 dessert glasses, or small bowls.
  • Chill at least 1 hour.
  • In the meantime, combine 2 tsp of the sugar with the fruit (if frozen, thaw first).
  • Spoon equally over each serving.
