Easy Fried Rice With Veggies
- Ready In:
- 3 tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 16 ounces frozen stir fry vegetables
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- Heat wok over medium heat, add oil swirl to coat pan.
- Add veggies, cook stir often for 1-2 minutes.
- Add rice, cook for 10 minutes, stir often until rice is light brown.
- Add soy sauce, stir to coat rice. Serve warm.

Quick, easy and quite delicious fried rice! I used left over brown rice, with left over frenched green beans and left over chopped water chestnuts and added a couple of chopped fresh mushrooms, great recipe for using up stuff in the fridge and flavourful too! i used veggie oil instead of peanut oil and uased only about half as much. Loved the addition of the soy sauce at the end, finished it off very nicely. Thanks for posting, I will be making this often.
