Easy Crock Pot Pork Tenderloin Roast

"This is the most delicious and easy crock pot meal. It's great to just throw the ingredients into the crock pot in the morning, then I just serve with rice or egg noodles and a veggie and salad and my family loves it. It's nice for my family as there are just the three of us so we get two meals out of it."

  1. I made this recipe last night, with a few modifications. Since I was making only a 1.5 lb tenderloin, I used one can low-sodium cream of celery soup instead of mushroom, 1 can of water, a pinch of kosher salt, a teaspoon of garlic powder, and a tablespoon of worchestershire sauce. I kept the onion and the pepper, of course. It took all of 5 minutes to throw it all together, and was fantastic when I got home. I served it with mashed potatoes and fresh green beans, and made a gravy from the cooking liquid by adding it to two tablespoons each of flour and butter that I combined in a hot pan. It was delicious! This will definitely be a staple on the menu.

  2. I added 1/2 a pack of onion soup mix as well as 1 tbsp minced garlic. Delicious!!!

  3. OH SO GOOD! I followed your recipe exactly except I also added garlic powder. We love garlic! This was fall apart tender and really easy as I had all of the stuff on hand. I'm going to put the leftovers in a salad tomorrow for lunch. So simple...so good. Thanks!

  4. This was wonderful everyone in my family loved it (three kids and a picky husband). I made almost as written except I used plain Cream of Mushroom soup I also added in a bit of Worcestershire Sauce, some italian seasonings, chili powder and cayenne pepper. I dumped everything in the crockpot with two frozen pork tenderloins cooked on high about 8 hours and had a great simple dinner. I made a roux with flour and butter dumped in the thin gravy to thicken it and served it along side the pork with mashed potatoes. Thank you for the lovely and versitile recipe.

  5. I made this today, using regular cream of mushroom soup instead of the golden, because that's what I had in my pantry. I put this in my crockpot before I left for work, came home to a delicious roast and gravy. This recipe couldn't be any easier. Thanks for sharing!! Will be making this again!

My updated profile...it has been almost five years since I did my last profile so I thought it was high time for me to update it. I have been living in Florida since I was two years and am almost 53 now so you can do the math. I have been happily married to my sweetie Petey for almost 23 years. We have two kids, son P.Samuel, age 17 and daughter Leah, age 6 as of Sept. 1, 2010. I had some health issues over the last few years that I won't bore anyone with. I had to have three VERY unpleasant surgeries. During that Time I taught my son Sam how to cook whilst I was in and out of hospitals. If I must say, he is very good, I told him whenever he has a serious girlfriend, she will love his culinary skills. Daughter Leah is a great help also. I am very lucky to have two wonderful kids. Sam is a senior in H.S. and Leah just started first grade. Yep, she is my menopausal surprise, but the best surprise ever. Oh, and Leah, who is standing right here did not want me to forget to mention our ten year old calico cat named Callie. She is sweet but cranky. I love to cook all kinds of main dishes, love finding new recipes from recipezaar/food.com all the time. We recently got something called a nuwave oven, it is the greatest invention since sliced bread. I have been a member of recipezaar since my son was small and I love it. That's it for now. Peace and Love, J.B.
