Easy Clam Cakes
- Ready In:
- Mix clams, eggs, crushed crackers, parsley, and grated onion.
- In pan in hot butter, spoon clam mixture into 4 mounds, gently flattening each with back of spoon.
- Cook cakes until browned on both sides, about 3-5 minutes per side.
- Serve with tartar sauce and lemon wedges, if desired.

Added 2 tablespoons finely minced celery with leaves. Added black pepper. Sprinkled the cooked patties with Old Bay seasoning and served w/lemon slices. Allowed the mixture to chill so that molding it into a greased ramekin to form the patties was a snap! Thanks for sharing. Very easy to make and delicious! cg ;)
