• In a bowl, beat, eggs, salt and pepper. To the egg mixture, add dry mustard, onion, green pepper, Worcestershire sauce, milk and Tabasco. Pour over the bread and meat layers. Cover and let stand in fridge overnight.
 • In morning, preheat oven to 350. Melt 1/4 lb butter, pour over top. Generously sprinkle with Special K or crushed Corn Flakes. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350°F Let sit 10 minutes before serving.

 1. I have been making this recipe for years on Christmas morning and my family loves it. Prepare the night before and but a few finishing touches on it in the morning. Slide in the oven one hour later after gift opening brecky is ready and tastes great. Karen Benisch

What can I say? I have been dabbling in the Kitchen for about thirty years and have gone from making Kraft Dinner to preparing international cuisine. Though my cooking skills are far from perfect, I have had a few compliments on the meals that I have provided. I enjoy cooking especially when cooking for friends. I have chosen to post my favourite recipes here on Recipezaar for those who wish to make them and for the friends who keep asking for them! Enjoy!
