DIRECTIONS

  • Cute steak across the grain into thin bite-sized pieces.
  • Pour soy sauce and sherry over steak.
  • Sprinkle with cornstarch and sugar; mix well.
  • Cut broccoli unto thin slices. Peel stem, slice into 2" pieces.
  • Pour half of the oil into a skillet or dutch oven. Add salt and broccoli and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from skillet. Add remaining oil and onion. Stir well and add the steak.
  • Cook for 2 minutes. Add broccoli. Mix thoroughly and serve over rice or noodles.
