If I could give this recipe less than one star, I would. It's terrible!!! All you can taste is the chili powder. Outside of that, it has no taste at all. The worse recipe I've ever tried!

Very basic chili Mac but delicious nonetheless. I added a green bell pepper, canned chili beans, and cooked the dry noodles in the same skillet on low with the beef mixture adding 2.5 cups of beef broth. Finished it off with about a quarter cup of milk and a little sour cream to the 2 cups of cheese. Made for a very creamy chili mac! And for the folks saying the 4 tablespoons of chili powder was too much, DEFINITELY USE mccormick’s chili powder. I doubt the person who posted this recipe had special chili powder in mind. Anyway, I’m definitely adding this to my lazy Friday rotation! Super easy and super yummy.

Is 4 tablespoons chili powder correct? Seems like a lot. Just asking. Thanks.

I made this tonight. It was SO GOOD and super easy. I don’t have a garlic press so I just chopped. I guess my chili powder is not spicy because there was not much heat which is good. My 18 month old loved it and so did my husband. He ate four bowls of it. I decided not to add cheese and I am glad- it was perfect. Cheese gives us all tummy aches. Other than that, I’m committing this recipe to memory for many future dinners.
