Easy Chicken Artichoke Bake

"A quick, easy and delicious weeknight dinner.  I found it on All Recipes and wanted to share.  I use low-fat mayonnaise and jarred garlic and it works great.  "

  • Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
  • Drain and chop artichoke hearts.
  • Place chicken in a greased baking dish.
  • Mix all other ingredients and cover chicken with mixture.
  • Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center and juices run clear.
  • enjoy.
