- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 (15 ounce) can water-packed artichoke hearts
- 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 3⁄4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic pepper seasoning (to taste)
directions
- Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
- Drain and chop artichoke hearts.
- Place chicken in a greased baking dish.
- Mix all other ingredients and cover chicken with mixture.
- Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center and juices run clear.
