    head cabbage, cut into bite-size pieces

    (16 ounce) bag baby carrots, sliced in bite-size chunks
  • 5
    stalks celery, cut in bite-size chunks
  • 1
    large onion, diced
  • 1
    lb kielbasa or 1 lb Polish sausage, sliced
  • 1
    tablespoon parsley
  • salt and pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS

  • Place Cabbage in large Dutch Oven pan and barely cover with water. Place on top of stove on medium high heat.
  • Add rest of ingredients in order as listed.
  • Cook until all vegetables are just tender. Add water as needed to keep ingredients covered.
