  • Fold in Cool Whip.
  • Spoon mixture into crust.
  • Smooth with spatula.
  • Top with blueberries.
  • Refrigerate several hours.

  1. Quick, easy, and oh, so good! Been making this for years and never disappoints. I do all sorts of variations - strawberry/peach, raspberry/almond, etc... Seldom find it worth the time to do more complicated recipes than this one, it's so good...
     
  2. My mother used to make a recipe like this when I was a child and I loved it. I have her recipes and had not been able to find the one she made. I found your recipe and thought it sounded allot like what I could remember my mom's recipe tasted like. I made a double recipe yesterday. It is wonderful and just like I remember! Wow, does this bring back memories. My husband loved it too. We have already eaten one of the pies and started on the other one this morning for breakfast! Thank you so much. This is so good and easy too.
