FILLING
- 1 lb cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip (thawed)
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
directions
- For Filling: Beat softened cream cheese with sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Spoon mixture into crust.
- Smooth with spatula.
- Top with blueberries.
- Refrigerate several hours.

My mother used to make a recipe like this when I was a child and I loved it. I have her recipes and had not been able to find the one she made. I found your recipe and thought it sounded allot like what I could remember my mom's recipe tasted like. I made a double recipe yesterday. It is wonderful and just like I remember! Wow, does this bring back memories. My husband loved it too. We have already eaten one of the pies and started on the other one this morning for breakfast! Thank you so much.
