Easy Blue Cheese Biscuits

ingredients

  • 12 cup butter
  • 2 -3 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 (8 -10 count) can refrigerated biscuits

directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Blend crumbled blue cheese and melted butter in a bowl.
  • Cut each biscuit into fourths and dip each into butter mixture.
  • Place on baking sheet or in mini muffin pans and bake for about 12-15 minutes. Serve warm.

  1. i made these but a little different process (and they are delicious). i melted 1/4 cup of butter & put it in the bottom of a pie pan or cake pan & then sprinkled the blue cheese onto the bottom of the pan & placed the quartered biscuits on top. i served them with a small spoon for people to separate the biscuits out! made for a nice presentation & less messy prep!
     
  2. I did not expect much from this recipe, but they were astonishingly delicious. My husband loves blue cheese and went crazy for these. I *don't* like blue cheese, but I really enjoyed these! Thanks for the great recipe!
