  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Mix first 3 ingredients.
  • Pour pie filling into ungreased 9x9 pan.
  • Top with Bisquick batter mixture.
  • Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with whipped topping.

  1. Love this recipe! I do end up adding about 1 more cup of pancake mix though. I also add a tsp of vanilla, and half a tsp of cinnamon. Love it.
     
  2. Delicious and easy to make! I didn't have pie filling but I had frozen berries and fresh blueberries that I used instead. I also doubled the dry ingredients and threw in some cinnamon and nutmeg. As I said... delicious!

  5. I've made this several times. I love making this when I'm feeling like baking something and I don't feel like cookies or brownies or whatever. My husband loves it. I make it in my 8x8 and it's perfect.
