Easy Banana Bread

"I can usually make this with ingredients I have on hand. If my bananas are getting too ripe, I just pop them in the freezer until I want some of this bread. They need to thaw completely, though, before starting the bread. Originally from Simply Recipes website"

  1. This is indeed easy to mix up. It was good. I personally think it could have been a little moister, but perhaps that was my fault, so I'll not punish the chef with less stars. I used 3 very black bananas. Isn't it wonderful that we can take a product that looks 'way past it's time' , like a very overriped banana, and make something tasty out of it instead of throwing it away? Made for Spring PAC 2010
