It doesn't get better than delicious and easy! This recipe makes such a moist salmon - we all thought it was wonderful - and it is a snap to put together. I used homemade croutons and crushed them up leaving some decent sized chunks. I liked it that way and will definitely be making this again! Thanks for sharing :)

What's not to like about this?! It's exceptionally tasty, simple to prepare and special enough to serve to company. I used a good, fresh Caesar salad dressing and herb & garlic croutons. The topping stayed on the fish so the dish presented very nicely, and it stayed crisp, which added to its appeal. Thank you for a terrific dish I'm sure to make often!
