East Coast Crab Appetizers
- Ready In:
- 1⁄2 lb cheese spread
- 3⁄4 cup butter
- 1 lb crabmeat, shredded
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, chopped
- 6 English muffins, split and toasted lightly
- Melt cheese and butter; add crab meat and mushrooms.
- Spoon on split muffins.
- Place under broiler until slightly browned.
