- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1⁄2 cups Irish whiskey or 1 1/2 cups rye whiskey
- 1 cup cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon Milk Mates Chocolate Syrup
- 1⁄4 teaspoon coconut extract (optional)
directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
- Keep refrigerated and shake before pouring.
- Store refrigerated for up to one month.
- Makes about 4 cups.
- *Use only clean, uncracked eggs.
