- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1⁄2 cup white sugar
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (9 inch) pie crusts
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Combine ingredients thoroughly using whisk and then pour into pie shell. Dot the top with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and dust with white sugar.
- Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes, then reduce the oven to 325°F, and bake for 45-55 minutes longer. You might want to wrap the edges of the pie crust with foil to prevent excessive browning.
- Cool and refrigerate completely before cutting as it firms up as it sits and cools.
