DIRECTIONS

  • Toss diced apple and pear with freshly squeezed lemon juice to prevent browning. In a mixing bowl combine cabbage, celery, onion, nuts, and raisins. Add apple and pears to mixture. Whisk together yogurt and mayonnaise; add dressing to the fruit and vegetable mixture and toss lightly to coat. Cover salad and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
