Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

"This is not my recipe! I am just putting it here for safekeeping. Reviews are quite welcome though....This recipe is a bit different because it uses white chocolate instead of milk chocolate."

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large bowl, measure all ingredients except semisweet and white chocolate chips. With a mixer at medium speed, beat ingredients until blended and smooth, occasionally scraping bowl with a rubber spatula. With a spoon, stir in the chips.
  • Drop dough by rounded tablespoons, 2 inches apart, onto large ungreased cookie sheet. Bake cookies for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden. Immediately transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool.
