Double Chocolate Banana Oatmeal Muffins (Fiber)

"I managed to modify a recipe that I found on here so that it was healthier and lower fat. They still tastes really good, almost the same as the original besides the addition of the oatmeal. A tip with the banana's, they are easier to cook with after they have been frozen. Just stick them straight in the microwave on defrost for a bit then cut off the top (don't peel them) and squeeze out the pulp. It's practically premashed."

  1. Satisfied my picky boys and me! Very tasty and moist and super easy to make. Did not add chocolate chips or nuts. Sprinkled sugar in the raw on top prior to baking muffins. Made about 18 muffins and baked for 20 mins. Will do again soon...they are almost gone.

I'd like to think of my self as an aspiring cook, I started cooking when I was just a wee little kid. My first concoction was what I called "pudding" and I made it in the microwave ( I suppose it was good of my parents to pretend to like what I made, it encouraged me to keep trying) I've always really enjoyed cooking, whether it's trying new pastry or meat recipes I'm always in the kitchen. I actually started doing most of the cooking for my family the last couple of years and I can tell my parents are happy that they don't have to cook anymore.
