  • Peel and split the carrots.
  • Place balance of ingredients in a medium pot and bring to a boil.
  • Add carrots and cook until still firm but not crisp.
  • Drain and serve.

  1. I love carrots and I love this recipe. Unfortunately I had to use dry dill but it was still excellent A do again recipe
     
  2. Excellent carrots! I couldn't stay away from the few leftovers - even cold. It was like eating candy. I used maple syrup and reduced the butter to 2 tsp, which was plenty for me. I also sprinkled a little dill on after cooking. This is a definite repeater recipe. Thank you!
