Dijonnaise Potato Salad

ingredients
- 1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup hellmann's Dijonnaise mustard
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill or 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 lbs small red potatoes, cooked and cubed
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup green onion, sliced
directions
- In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients.
- Stir in potatoes, celery and onions.
- Cover, chill.

HALLELUJAH! I too lost this recipe and have been trying to find it for years! I don't know why I just now, (you posted 2 yrs ago) found your post but I'm so happy!! Isn't this just the most yummy and unique flavor ever!? Everyone raves when it is served. I love the flavor of dill so I put both parsley and dill in it. I am not a cook and don't have many recipes to claim as my own and this put me on the radar. My Gran would be proud!! THANKS!

I'm new to cooking, but love to try new recipes! For some reason, baking has always come more naturally to me than cooking (I think I'm just good at following recipes to a T), although I've gotten better!
